Growing Towards Biblical Womanhood

                                    “O taste and see that the LORD is good;
                          how blessed is the woman who takes refuge in Him.”

                                                              Psalm 34:8

                               First Orlando Women's Ministries seeks to glorify God
                                                     by reaching women and…

                     •    leading them to know God in a personal and vibrant way;
                     •    equipping them to become more like Christ;
                     •    challenging them to pattern their lives according to God’s Word;
                     •    encouraging them to develop deep friendships and accountability;
                     •    providing them opportunities to serve others;
                     •    and in everything…reflecting the beauty of the Lord Jesus Christ

WOMEN'S STUDIES

Beginning March 9th
LORD, CHANGE MY ATTITUDE (James MacDonald)
Led by Dianne Ogle
FH 349 - 9:15am

What does God think about attitudes? This study uses examples from the Israelites’ journey out of Egypt to how attitudes can affect whether someone stays in the wilderness or enjoys the blessings of the Promised Land. There is hope for the attitudinally challenged.  James MacDonald shows how you can lead others (and even yourself) out of attitudes God hates and into those He honors, from:

  • Complaining to thankfulness
  • Coveting to contentment
  • Critical love
  • Doubting to full of faith
  • Rebellion to Submission

Beginning  Wednesday April 7th

If you are tempted to think you're beyond cure, you need to know Jehovah-Rapha - the Lord your Healer.  This study has been used to set thousands of people free from years of hurt to walk in newness of life!  It is a small investment that will change your life.
This study is led by women who are survivors of domestic violence themselves and is of confidential nature. For more information call Cathy at 407-341-2125.
