Dear Family,
It is amazing to witness, firsthand, the number of preschool families attending our church. I believe that this is only a reflection of the number of young families waiting to be reached in Central Florida. This reality presents an incredible opportunity for us to work together to truly impact our community.
For this reason, I am excited to introduce our new and dynamic First Steps Partner Plan. Through the work of focus groups, our preschool parents, and the Preschool Team, we are implementing a new process that will expand this ministry’s potential and make our current systems more effective.
The foundation of this plan is partnership. With your involvement, this program’s success is inevitable. 2 Corinthians 9:6 tells us that we will reap what we sow- we will get out what we put in!
Enclosed you will find what you need to know concerning this new ministry plan. I know sometimes change is difficult, but the adjustments needed in the days ahead are going to further expand our ability and effectiveness in your child’s life and those yet to come. I am so proud of the work the Preschool Team has done to develop this ministry plan. I know you will be as excited as I am as the First Steps Partner Plan unfolds and you have the opportunity to experience the blessings of being a part of what our church is doing to impact Central Florida!
