PRAYER

Prayer is so much more than simply asking God for things we want. It’s about being in His presence. It is our fervent desire that our people learn to be a praying people — a people that seeks God with all our hearts, souls and minds! Therefore, the Prayer Ministry is a vital outreach to the people of First Orlando. We want to hear from you when you have a prayer need and encourage you to call our prayer line, 407-514-4405, at any time or submit a prayer request below.

The Prayer Center- The purpose of the Prayer Center, located near Welcome Center A, adjacent to the worship center, is for you to experience the power and presence of the Lord Jesus and to develop a passion for prayer. Please feel free to visit us and lift up your petitions to the Lord.

Aaron's Army (Pastor's Prayer Partners)
“So Joshua did as Moses told him, and fought with Amalek, while Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the top of the hill. Whenever Moses held up his hand, Israel prevailed, and whenever he lowered his hand, Amalek prevailed. But Moses’ hands grew weary, so they took a stone and put it under him, and he sat on it, while Aaron and Hur held up his hands, one on one side, and the other on the other side.” – Exodus 17:10-13. Just as Aaron and Hur held up Moses’ arms, so we are asking our friends and members to lift up the arms of our Senior Pastor, David Uth, and those of our leaders as we look to reach our city, country and world with the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Please consider being part of Aaron’s Army through the ministry of “First Hope: The Prayer, Health & Healing Ministry” as we lift up the Lord Jesus to a lost and dying world. We want to blanket all we do in prayer in accordance with our core values: A Passion For God, A Passion For People, A Passion to Serve. We believe prayer and fasting are vital to the mission of the Church in the world.

With this in mind, we invite you to join “Aaron’s Army,” where you will be informed about prayer needs via e-mail and direct mail. We will provide you with a Prayer & Fasting guide as well as monthly updates calling for special prayer for strategic events as well as our leadership, church, city and country.
