Hello everyone!

My name is John Grosshans and I want to welcome you to the CP outreach website! We are made up of three guys (Myself, Christian, and Patrick) who have lived in Disney area at Discovery Palms since September 2008. Now, with a population of several thousand college students on our backdoor step, we continue to pray that God would move in a mighty way and that the students (most of whom intern at a near by theme park) from all over the world would hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our hope is three fold:

1. We are a safe house for college students in the area. We know that life can get a little crazy now and then and sometimes we just need a place to go and hang out for a bit. Away from the business of life or the craziness of roommates or friends. Our apartment is always open to help provide a break.

2. We teach the Bible and pray with anyone who is interested in it. We are a Christian group and we do hold bible studies every week as well as provide rides to church for anyone who wants to go. We know that not everyone who comes is a Christian and we like it that way. Our place is a place where everyone is welcome especially if they have questions. Maybe they want to know more about what Christianity is like, maybe they have something they just can't understand about Christianity or God and they want to talk to someone about that frustration. We love to talk!

3. We want to help those who live in our area. Because of our love for Jesus and his love for us we can't help but want to love others. It is what we do, who we are, and because of that we try to do things that help the community around us.
