Events

Serve the City is our annual overnight mission trip for students, happening June 23–25! This impactful experience is all about living on mission and loving our city, as students serve with local non-profits in the mornings and host community block parties each evening.

Students will also take part in powerful nightly debriefs, where they reflect on how God is working through their service. Many discover new purpose, take steps of faith, or feel a calling to lead and serve in deeper ways. We’d love for your student to join us this summer!

Serve The City will involve multiple service projects that bless our city and the non-profit organizations that are on the frontlines of serving people in need. Every evening, we will throw block parties to give communities around our John Young Campus a chance to have fun and get to know MVMT Students and First Orlando in a more personal way.

This event will be taking place from June 23-25 and is open to all students who completed 5th-12th grade in the 2024-25 school year (rising 6th graders are invited to join us!). Students will sleep at our John Young Campus and serve at local organizations throughout Orlando each day. The price is $100 and will cover all food, lodging, and transportation provided during the week. Spots are limited, so register today!
