His Kids is the adoption and foster care ministry of First Baptist Orlando. Our team is made up of adoptive parents, foster parents, and adoption and foster care professionals. It is our passion to engage and encourage families and friends with an interest to make a positive impact on a child’s life. We want to share our resources, our stories, and our experiences with you as you walk through the process of adoption or foster care.
Whether you are adopting or fostering, considering adoption or foster care, or know someone who has been influenced by adoption of foster care, His Kids is here for you. For questions, day or night, contact the His Kids Ministry directly at 407-514-4475.
Christian Alliance for Orphans
May 8-10, 2019, Louisville, KY
The CAFO Summit inspires and equips Christians to care or Orphans with wisdom-guided love. Plan to attend the next Summit.
His Kids Adoption & Foster Care Discussion Group meets the first Wednesday of each month and is open to anyone in the adoption or foster care process – from the “gathering information” stage to the “welcoming home our child” stage.
Join other adoptive and foster parents for an encouraging time to connect with and pray for other families who are seeking to grow their families through adoption and open their homes to children in the foster care system. Each gathering offers an opportunity to share stories, learn from adoption and foster care experts.
The Discussion Group begins at 6:00pm the first Wednesday of every month on the First Orlando campus in Room AP-10.
Note: There will be no meeting in January. We will resume monthly meetings on February 7.Contact Hank Miller for More Info
